Assorted Mixed Vegetables: Carrots, zucchini, squash, peas, and broccoli either steamed, sautéed, or grilled
Baked Ravioli: pasta pockets filled with ricotta cheese and covered in tomato sauce and baked mozzarella cheese
Baked Stuffed Shells: Fresh pasta shaped like large shells stuffed with ricotta cheese and covered in baked cheese
Baked Penne: Penne pasta topped with tomato sauce and baked with mozzarella cheese
Baked Penne Barese: Penne pasta with ricotta cheese, tomato sauce, baked with mozzarella cheese
Baked Penne Sicilian: Penne pasta with eggplant, tomato sauce, baked with mozzarella cheese

Balsamic Glazed Mixed Vegetables: Zucchini, carrots, broccoli, and onions sauteed with fresh herbs and topped with a balsamic glaze. 
Beef Bracciole: rolled and stuffed with prosciutto, provolone and seasoned beef and eggs 
Broccoli Rabe: Fresh broccoli rabe sautéed in garlic & olive oil.
Broiled Salmon Dijon: Fresh broiled salmon topped with a creamy Dijon mustard sauce over spinach 
Broiled Stuffed Filet Of Sole: Broiled filet of sole rolled and stuffed with scallops, shrimp, crabmeat and seasoned breadcrumbs, served with fresh mixed escarole and beans
Burnt Broccoli: Fresh whole broccoli split & roasted to a light char. Seasoned with olive oil & fresh garlic. 
Fried or Sautéed Calamari: Rings of calamari coated with flour and deep fried or sautéed, served with marinara, spicy fradiavlo or cocktail sauce.
Calamari Corleone: Calamari breaded and fried then dipped in our teriyaki wasabi sauce, tossed with cashew nuts and slices of green apples. 
Cavatelli Tutto Fungi: Pasta kisses tossed with portabella, shiitake, and crimini mushrooms with pieces of tender boneless chicken in a light brown Marsala wine sauce.
Cheese Lasagna: Fresh flat pasta sheets layered with ricotta cheese and spices
Chicken Adonis: Two chicken breasts rolled and stuffed with eggplant, prosciutto and mozzarella cheese, served with a lemon, wine and butter sauce
Chicken Bianca: Cubes of white meat chicken, sautéed with fresh chopped tomatoes, snow peas, mushrooms & onions,

Chicken Scarsala: Cubes of white meat chicken with sliced sausage sautéed with peppers, onions, mushrooms and fresh garlic tossed in a Marsala wine sauce
Chicken Torino: Chicken breast encrusted in a special breadcrumb mixture of garlic, crushed cashews, pine nuts, pecans, a hint of honey, and a touch of butter
Eggplant Parmigiana: Sliced skinless eggplant floured, dipped in egg, fried and topped with tomato sauce and mozzarella cheese.
Eggplant Rollatini: Eggplant slices rolled and stuffed with ricotta cheese then covered with tomato sauce and baked mozzarella cheese.

Antipasto: A mix of Green leaf and iceberg lettuce, sliced tomato, pimento, pepperoncini, black olives, mozzarella cheese, salami, capricola, sliced hardboiled egg, and baby shrimp
Buffalo Bleu Salad: Buffalo style chicken cutlets with romaine lettuce, sliced bacon, fried onions, and crotons and shaved Romano cheese; tossed with a light coating of chunky bleu cheese dressing.
Caesar Salad: Romaine lettuce tossed in a creamy Caesar dressing and topped with out homemade croutons and shaved Romano cheese
Garden Salad: A mix of green leaf and iceberg lettuce topped with tomato, cucumber, red and yellow pimento and thinly sliced red onion
Gorgonzola Greens: slices grapes tomatoes, red onions, mesculine greens, imported gorgonzola and pecans in a light raspberry vinaigrette
